I'm a London-based DOP with Austrian roots.


When I was young, my dad had a workshop where I spent most of my childhood creating paintings, crafting sculptures, and pursuing any artistic endeavour that crossed my mind.

Now I spend my time crafting images with cameras and lights!
My dreams growing up didn’t involve working in film, I wanted to be the director of a zoo. (I guess there’s still similarities today!)

I never went to uni. Instead, I moved to London to work in film and once I found my way in, everything made sense. For a few years, I worked as a camera assistant in high-end TV and features, while I realised more and more that I love to create images myself. I’d always been shooting on the side, and the more I shot, the more my focus shifted towards creating.

At the end of 2024, I hung up my AC belt and picked up my light meter full time.

So yeah, now I’m back to living my life creating. Whether it’s music videos, short films, or commercials, my focus is always on the emotional nuances of each and every project.
 In a world that seems more disconnected every day, I believe human stories and honest emotions are more important than ever.
