Heya, I’m Coco, a London-based DOP with Austrian roots.




Growing up, my dad had a workshop where I spent all of my time creating any artistic endeavour that crossed my mind.



Now I‘m focusing my time on crafting images with cameras and lights.
I’d love to say I’ve always wanted to work in film, but my dream growing up was actually to be the director of a zoo. Luckily, there’s still similarities today!


A few years ago I moved to London to work in film and once I found my way in, I just couldn’t stop. For a few years, I worked as a camera assistant in high-end TV and features, while I realised more and more that I love to create images myself. I’d always been shooting on the side, and the more I shot, the more my focus shifted towards creating.
 

At the end of 2024, I hung up my AC belt and picked up my light meter full time.



So yeah, now I’m back to living my life creating. Whether it’s music videos, short films, or commercials, my focus is always on the emotional nuances of each and every project. 
In a world that seems more disconnected every day, I believe human stories and honest emotions are more important than ever.
